Who Led You to the Lord?

Monday, April 5, 2021 Who Led You to the Lord?

Matthew 28:18-20 And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

Congratulations, Sisters. We made it all the way to the cross and experienced the long awaited resurrection of our Jesus! Our March to the Cross devotional is finished but our journey with Him remains- so where do we go from here?

Our header verse today says, “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations…” Jesus set the example for us as He discipled His twelve. What about you? How did this news of Christ trickle down to you? Who was it in your life that led you to the Lord? These next four weeks we are going to hear from guest writers that will answer those questions. We will hear 20 different stories of how the Good News was delivered and how individual lives were changed for eternity. That’s powerful and something to really look forward to!

Our hope is that these stories will inspire us to share with someone in our lives by giving them an introduction to Christ. Thank you to each one who volunteered to share your story. Your words will make a difference to all that read and may be exactly what someone else needs to hear that specific moment in time. Stay tuned as our first story will be up tomorrow morning.

Heavenly and Gracious Father,

Hallelujah! You have risen from the dead and live in our hearts today. Thank You that our journey with You will not only continue beyond the grave but will be eternal. As our volunteers begin to write their stories, we ask that you will anoint each one. Give them clear minds as they write and bless them for their willingness to share. May their words make an impact in the hearts and minds of all those that read. Amen
