Dear Lord,

The lyrics of this song give us the beautiful perspective that Mary had the night of Jesus' birth. As I imagine what it must have been like for Mary to look in the twinkling eyes of her son and Savior that night in that stable, I am filled with gratitude that You reveal yourself to me today. Lord, thank You for sending Jesus to be the light in the darkness on that holy night 2000 years ago. May His light shine bright through each of us for all the world to see. In Jesus' name and for the Father's glory.
