“Looking for Lovely”
Friday, August 11th
Ladies, I am so very excited about what I get to share with you today.
So!
Very!
Excited!!
I can’t think of a single person that’s taught me more about life, process, and being unfinished in Christ that Ms. Beth Moore. Without a doubt, she has been my NUMBER ONE teacher of true Jesus following. I have grieved the fact that somehow this beloved Bible teacher has become controversial. Truly, I have grieved!
To this day, I am still a bit confused by it all. Maybe you are too. Possibly, you fall on the other side of the controversy. That is OK. Honestly, though, I don’t believe anyone could feel anything other than faith, hope, and love from this podcast episode.
Beth’s life perfectly sums up our discussion of being unfinished. I have listened to this episode more than once already, and I will listen again with you today. I pray you enjoy it as much as I have.
My next prayer is that many of you will RUN to wherever you purchase books and buy her memoir. I recommend you buy it on Audible, because listening to Ms. Beth tell her own story in the way only she can is beautiful. I bawled like a baby at the end of it. She’s fed my faith since I was 18 years old, and she did it again with, “My Knotted-Up Life.”
Have the best weekend, friends. I’ll see you for our last week of summer book club on Monday.
