Why did Jesus come?

Jesus came to give eternal life.

Even from eternity I am He, and there is none who can deliver out of my hand; I act and who

can reverse it? Isaiah 43:13

Jesus said, “I am the resurrection and the life; he who believes in me shall live even if he dies,

and everyone who lives and believes in me shall never die. Do you believe this?”

John 11:25-26

For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him

should not perish, but have eternal life. John 3:16

And the witness is this: that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He who has

the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life. 1 John 5:11-12

Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we too might walk in

newness of life. Romans 6:4

Jesus said, “I came that they might have life, and might have it abundantly.”

John 10:10

My Child,

I came to give you eternal life. Do you understand that when you believe in me, you will live forever? Let me enter in your heart now, so that we can start this abundant life together while you live out your days on this earth. With me, you will experience a newness of life through the presence of my Spirit. Let’s walk this forever-life together with joy.

Immanuel

Just a Baby - Mallary Hope

Gracious Father,

Eternal Life! What a gift we have to look forward to that is offered freely to anyone who believes. Spending eternity with you is more than we can comprehend. Thank you for this abundant life you offer us. Steer us in the direction of joyful living in YOU during all our days on earth. Use us to spread this good news to those that still live without eternal hope. We ask that these people see a light in us that only comes from the living Christ inside us. Amen
