Who is this Jesus?
Jesus is the Friend of friends
And it came about, whenever Moses went out to the tent, the pillar of cloud would descend and stand at the entrance of the tent; and the Lord would speak with Moses…face to face, just as a man speaks to his friend. Exodus 33:11
There is a friend who sticks closer than a brother… Proverbs 18:24b A friend loves at all time… Proverbs 17:17
This is my commandment, that you love one another, just as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this, that one lay down his life for his friends. John 15:12-13
But God demonstrates his own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, having now been justified by his blood, we shall be saved from the wrath of God through him. Romans 5:8
My Child,
I am your Friend; and I died and rose again to seal this relationship. Do you realize that I am the only One who knows you inside out? I desire to sit with you, walk with you, tak with you, and listen to you. I can take care of your worries, your hurts, your dreams—“Cast them all on me because I care for you” (1 Peter 5:7). There is not one person on this earth that can “out-friend” me.
Immanuel

Dear Lord, Thank you for being the truest of all friends! In a world where true friends are had to find...it is good to know that our relationship, our friendship with you will never fail. You are never a fair weather friend. Father, you're THE Friend that we can always count on. What a friend we have in You, Jesus. Father we also thank you for the friends that help us grow our faith. Friends are friends forever when the Lord's the Lord of them! For that we praise you, Father! In Jesus name and for the Father's glory. Amen
