Psalm 145:1-7
I will extol you, my God and King, and bless your name forever and ever. Every day I will bless you and praise your name forever and ever. Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised, and his greatness is unsearchable. One generation shall commend your works to another, and shall declare your mighty acts. On the glorious splendor of your majesty, and on your wondrous works, I will meditate. They shall speak of the might of your awesome deeds, and I will declare your greatness. They shall pour forth the fame of your abundant goodness and shall sing aloud of your righteousness.
Adoration:
God and King, I will praise Your name forever. You are great, and You deserve my praise.
Confession:
You are worthy to be praised all day, every day. But, I confess that I do not live in this kind of constant praise. I confess that I have allowed things of this earth, things of lesser value and worth, to steal my attention and even my praise. I am sorry.
Thanksgiving:
Thank you for the demonstrations of Your power. The "splendor of your majesty" is everywhere. Your creation is full of beauty and covered with your power. I am thankful that my own life is full of stories of your miraculous power and presence.
Supplication:
I pray that my heart would be overwhelmed by the greatness of who You are causing me to give testimony on a regular basis.
