Why Did Jesus Come? He came to give Eternal Life

Isaiah 43:13

Even from eternity I am He, and there is none who can deliver out of My hand; I act and who can reverse it?

John 11:25-26

Jesus said, “I am the resurrection and the life; he who believes in me shall live even if he dies, and everyone who lives and believes in me shall never die. Do you believe this?

John 3:16

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that who- ever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life.

I John 5:11-12

And the witness is this: that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life.

Romans 6:4

Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we too might walk in newness of life.

John 10:10

Jesus said, “I came that they might have life, and might have it abundantly.”

My Child,

I came to give you eternal life. Do you understand that when you believe in Me, you will live forever? Let Me enter in your heart now, so that we can start this abundant life together while you live out your days on this earth. With Me, you will experience a newness of life through the presence of My Spirit. Let’s walk this forever-life together with joy.

Immanuel

Dear Lord Jesus,

You say to each of our hearts, "I am the way, the truth, and the life, no one comes to the Father except through Me" (John 14:6). Thank You that You loved us so much that You provided us a way to enter into Your Father's presence! Your holy death gave us righteous life--forever! I confess, my mind can hardly grasp the goodness that is wrapped up in the future that is waiting for all who call You Savior. While we wait in the weariness of life on earth, please help each one of us to live out our days with incomprehensible peace and with expectant hope for what is promised to come. Eternity is what our hearts long for, and Savior, You have given it to us. Thank You. In Your Name. Amen
